The spacious family junior suite provided a comfortable space , although the lack of heating was good. Unfortunately, there were no dining options available at the hotel, leading to a rather disappointing experience, especially with a private function occupying the bar. The surrounding area did not offer much culinary choice, leaving us with limited takeaway options.

I got a free drink upon arrival, and the kitchenette let me prepare snacks from the nearby supermarket. Clean room and comfy bed made it a great experience 🥳

Central location right by train links to Swansea, the beautiful sea front and Close to beaches, it was in a very quite area.
We needed to have evening food, but they didn't have it.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially since I was visiting the nearby beach and coastal path. The room exceeded my expectations, complete with a lovely kitchenette that made it easy to prepare snacks with items from the nearby supermarket. The location allowed me to reach the beach in a short walk, which was perfect for my plans.

The spacious suites have a sleek and modern design with tasteful decor. The rooms also feature large walk-in showers that are a nice touch for a quick freshen up.
Some rooms marketed for disability access fall short, particularly in space and maneuverability for wheelchair users, a significant oversight. Several guests pointed out issues with soft mattresses that didn't provide the support they were hoping for, and there were reports of cleanliness concerns in the bathrooms, including mold. Even minor details, like the exterior cleanliness of the front door and limited parking during busy periods, indicate some areas could use more attention. The noise from the nearby pub has also been mentioned, which might disrupt a peaceful stay for those wanting quiet.

Proximity to train station, spacious well-decorated suites, modern technology in rooms
Rooms advertised as disability access need better layout for comfort!!! Accessibility routes need significant improvements, especially with uneven driveways. Soft mattresses may leave some guests uncomfortable!!! Exterior cleanliness like the front door glass could use attention!!!

The warm welcome from Caroline and her staff made a difference. My room was super clean and cozy, and I appreciated the fresh Welsh cakes and complimentary drinks in the fridge.

I had a warm welcome at caulfields. Mynice and neat double room disability access was perfect for two nights. It's right near the lovely harbour, and the ample parking is a great bonus. Enjoyed a delicious sunday lunch too, thanks to the wonderful service!
